
Onion and tahini dip
Ingredients:
4tbsp olive oil
6 small onions
6tbsp tahini
1-2 lemons
400ml water
Method:
- Finely chop the onions
- Gently fry the onions in the olive oil (15 mins)
- Mix the tahini and 4tbsp of lemon juice together in a jug and then slowly add the water
- Add the tahini to the onions in the pan and gently stir round for 3-4 minutes
- Season well and transfer to a dish for serving
- Garnish with chopped parsley or paprika
