
Courgette fries
Ingredients:
500ml milk
500g courgettes
2tbsp za'atar
300g flour
Rapeseed oil
Method:
- Pour the milk into a bowl
- Chop the courgettes into batons and soak in the milk for an hour
- Put the flour and za'atar onto a plate
- Take the courgettes out of the milk and coat with the flour and za'atar
- Heat about 3-4mm of rapeseed oil in a large frying pan
- Fry the courgettes batons for a few minutes on each side
