
Honey and tamari roast veg
Ingredients:
A selection of vegetables
2-3 cloves of garlic
A generous glug of olive oil
1tbsp mixed herbs
1 splash tamari / soy sauce
1tbsp honey
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Put the oven on its highest setting
- Chop the vegetables into chunks
- Finely chop the garlic
- Mix the vegetables together with the olive oil, mixed herbs, soy sauce and honey
- Season with salt and pepper
- Place in an oven proof tray and roast for 30 minutes
