Honey and tamari roast veg

A selection of vegetables
2-3 cloves of garlic
A generous glug of olive oil
1tbsp mixed herbs
1 splash tamari / soy sauce
1tbsp honey
Salt and pepper
  • Put the oven on its highest setting
  • Chop the vegetables into chunks
  • Finely chop the garlic
  • Mix the vegetables together with the olive oil, mixed herbs, soy sauce and honey
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Place in an oven proof tray and roast for 30 minutes
