Steamed vegetables with a honey and mustard dressing

Vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, purple sprouting brocolli and leeks
4 tbsp olive oil
2 dessertspoon wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp runny honey
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Dice the vegetables and place in a steamer or layer the vegetables in a metal colander, starting with potatoes, then carrots.
  • Cover with a lid and steam for 10-15 minutes.
  • Put all the dressing ingredients into a jar, shake and season.
  • Pour onto the hot vegetables.
