Kale crisps
Ingredients:

Olive oil or coconut oil
Salt
Method:
This one really couldn’t be much simpler. Tear the leaves from the tough stalks of the kale, wash and thoroughly dry the leaves and place in a large mixing bowl. Add oil and salt and rub in, coating all the leaves. Transfer to a roasting tray and bake at 125°, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes – or until the leaves just start to brown at the edges.
