Spiced potatoes and Cauliflower
Saute an onion in veg oil. Add fresh ginger, 1 chilli, 1tsp each of ground cumin and cumin seed, 1tsp black mustard seed, ½ tsp turmeric and cook for a few minutes. Add par-boiled potatoes and cauliflower florets with 3 tbsp of water, cover and cook gently until veg is tender.
