Roasted Squash

Roasted Squash with Garlic and Rosemary

Ingredients: 
Squash
Garlic
Rosemary
Method: 

Remove the seeds from the squash and cut it into chunks.  There is no need to peel it!  Roast in sunflower oil with whole garlic cloves and chopped fresh rosemary at 170 C.  You might need to give it a stir after 10 min or so.  It should be done after about 40 min.
