Hot Potato Salad

Ingredients: 
Potatoes
Chillis
Onion
Method: 

Fry salad onion, chilli and garlic in olive oil. Add anchovies and cook until melted, then add chopped sundried tomatoes, chopped black olives and capers.  Add this sauce to boiled new potatoes, season with black pepper and scatter with Parmesan shavings and chopped parlsey.
