Local first is always our philosophy. The apples and strawberries will be our own in season, other fruit comes from local growers or more exotic climes.
Glebe Farm, in Pitney, supply our eggs from small flocks of free-range organic birds, managed to higher animal welfare standards through the Soil Association.
